Ruhweza commands Besigye to leave Nakasero market this afternoon.
Col. Kizza Besigye has said that the government is planning to poison him.
He said this after Police commanded by the Kampala District Police Commander James Ruhweza denied him and his collogues who had accompanied him to have lunch at Nakaseero Market this afternoon.
Besigye together with Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago, FDC iron lady Ingrid Turinawe, Kawempe Mayor Mubarak Munyagwa appeared Buganda Road Court on charges of holding unlawful assembly.

After the Court session they proceeded to High Court where Buganda riot suspects were appearing to console them.
Besigye then headed to Nakaseero Market to have lunch and talk to his supporters.
At noon, the FDC heavyweight clad in a blue shirt drove in his Land Cruiser to the market, in the company of five people.
Ruhweza however had already cordoned off the market and suppressed the growing throngs of traders who had started swarming Besigye’s car.
Police blocked him from getting out of car for about 30 minutes a bitter exchange ensued. The verbal exchange went thus:
Ruhweza: Don’t dare get out of the car!
Besigye: Why?
Ruhweza: Because you’re bringing chaos in this city.
Besigye: How am I causing chaos, have I brought all these people here? It’s my right to have lunch wherever I want in this country.
Ruhweza: Are you above the law, please Besigye leave this place before I bring a breakdown truck to tow this car away.
Besigye: Are you serious I am not going to have lunch in this market?
Ruhweza: Yes, if you want to have lunch go to Serena or Sheraton, eat I will pay the bill.
Besigye: I go to Serena and have food, why? How do I know that you haven’t put poison in food? Serena is the Government hotel you can connive with them and kill me. Do you think I trust those hotels we insist we must have food here at the market.
